Online Portal

Registered contacts from member companies, allied organizations or the government can use the portal to interact with ARSA and the maintenance community in a number of ways.

Do you have portal access?

Are you a current member?

Individuals representing member companies or holding individual memberships in good standing should either have received a launch message indicating that the portal is open or an email confirming successful completion of the application process. Either of these messages would have provided your unique password. If you did not receive such a message or lost yours, you may still access the portal by visiting arsa.member365.com. Enter the email address associated with your membership and follow the instructions for “Forgot Password?”

Are you a lapsed member?

If your membership has lapsed – renewal payment has not been made within 15 days of the end of the most-recent membership term – the membership status must be restored to establish or regain access to the portal.

In order to do so, use ARSA’s public inquiry submission tool by visiting arsa.org/contact.

Are you a government official?

Individuals representing government organizations can register with ARSA to receive periodicals, updates and notices regarding issues managed by the association as well as access to read-only copies of model manuals and other publications.

If you have already registered with ARSA using your government email address, access the portal by visiting arsa.member365.com.

Are you an industry colleague or ally working with the association?

Individuals working with ARSA through its various coalitions, committees and aviation community initiatives may access the portal by visiting arsa.member365.com. Information regarding portal access and use by these non-member contacts is provided directly by the responsible association team member.

Are you a member of the general public and not (yet) an association member?

Individuals not connected to an ARSA membership, government entity or otherwise working with the association do not have access to the online portal. Getting in is easy, though, and begins by the submission of an appropriate application.

Visit arsa.org/membership/join to begin the application process.

Have you lost your password?

Individuals that are registered with the association but have misplaced their credentials can gain access through arsa.member365.com by entering their email address and following the steps provided through the “Forgot Password?” link.
