Stump ARSA’s MacLeod

Program Note: A recording of the webinar is in production and will be posted on www.rotor.org/resources/hai-webinars once it is ready.

On Oct. 1 at 4:00 p.m. EDT, ARSA Executive Director Sarah MacLeod will participate in an “Ask the Aviation Attorney” webinar hosted by Helicopter Association International. MacLeod will participate in her role as managing member of Obadal, Filler, MacLeod & Klein, P.L.C., the firm that manages ARSA, alongside Mark Dombroff of Fox Rothschild and Jon Kettles of the Kettles Law Firm. The event will consist entirely of deliberation over participant questions, much like previous “stump the lawyer” sessions run during the association’s events and training.

Can you stump Sarah? Regardless, she and her colleagues can definitely help you.

Session Information

HAI@Work Webinar – Ask an Aviation Attorney

Date & Time:   Session Complete – Recording in Production
Price:   Free
Description:   In the VTOL world, we’re governed by rules, regulations, and laws. So, what happens if you run afoul of one of these decrees? Maybe it would help to ask an aviation attorney.

The scenarios in which you could use legal advice are nearly limitless. That’s why our next HAI@Work webinar will feature attorneys experienced in rotorcraft operations, aviation maintenance, and unmanned aircraft systems.

What will you learn during this event? Honestly, that will depend on the questions submitted by the attendees – including you. So come prepared to pose your burning queries.

Note: Every legal matter is different, depending on the people and the jurisdiction involved. Legal advice provided in this webinar is offered as guidance only and is not meant to replace an in-depth consultation with an attorney in your state or country.
