Membership Categories and Rates
Note: Membership dues paid to ARSA may be tax deductible as an ordinary business expense, but the 20 percent earmarked to support lobbying activities is not deductible. No portion is deductible as a charitable contribution.
Regular Membership
An entity that is a holder of, or applicant for, a maintenance organization approval issued by a civil aviation authority (CAA) or by a CAA’s technical agent is eligible for regular membership. Membership is assigned to the repair station certificate; separately certificated locations under one parent company must hold their own membership or join as a corporate enterprise member.
Annual dues for regular membership are based on the total number of company employees:

Associate Membership
An entity that provides products, articles or services other than maintenance, preventive maintenance or alteration of civil aviation articles is eligible for associate membership. (E.g., manufacturers, airlines, training providers, non-profits)
Annual dues for associate membership: $3,600.00.
Corporate Enterprise Membership
A corporate enterprise membership entitles an entity to join any and all of its constituent parts, divisions or wholly-owned subsidiaries under a single membership.
Annual dues for corporate enterprise membership: $20,000.00.
Affiliate Membership
An individual person engaged in aviation and not employed by an entity otherwise eligible for regular membership is eligible for affiliate membership.
Annual dues for individual membership: $500.00.
Educational or Military Service Membership
An institution of learning or an individual employed by or enrolled at an institution of learning or employed by a branch of a nation’s military is eligible for an educational or military service membership.
Annual dues for Educational membership: $100.00.
