All sales are final. ARSA does not offer refunds or cancellations unless specifically noted in the agreement related to the transaction, e.g., Annual Conference registration changes made prior to a date specified.

Controlling Law

Unless otherwise specified, any agreement with ARSA shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Alexandria, Virginia, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia (without regard to conflict of law principles).
