(1) Advertisers may select an existing on-demand session or work with the ARSA training team on topics in development.
(2) The advertiser’s company name and logo will be displayed on the training platform and in marketing associated with the session(s).
(3) For new live sessions, the advertiser’s company name and logo will be displayed at the beginning and end of the training session(s), with a verbal acknowledgement of the advertiser during the presentation.
(4) The duration of the advertising is as long as the training session remains active in the catalogue (most training sessions remain active until a regulatory change takes place).

ARSA reserves the right to accept or reject advertising material at its sole discretion.
Advertising purchases are made for a period of one year beginning five (5) business days following submission of payment and acceptance of advertising material and ending on the anniversary of that date.
During the 12-month period, ARSA will place advertising images/links/content (hereafter referred to as “material”) in its communications according to the placement option selected and paid for by the advertiser or otherwise agreed to by ARSA. (See above for explanations of available placement options.)

Other than stated above, ARSA will not change advertising material unless the advertiser requests a change in writing and provides new or updated material for placement. Changes will be made within five (5) business days of ARSA’s receipt and acceptance of the new or updated material.
The advertiser is responsible for ensuring advertising material is accurate and complies with applicable laws.
In addition to this agreement, the advertiser acknowledges it has read and agrees to the ARSA Website Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to those governing cancellations/refunds, controlling law, data protection, registration or form submission, and payments. These can be found at arsa.org/about/terms-conditions.
