Since the FAA withdrew its of acceptance of ARSA’s E100 form in 2022, ARSA has been engaged with American and European regulators trying to address major misunderstandings related to parts documentation requirements. U.S. repair stations had used the ARSA form for more than half a decade to satisfy requirements for new articles under the U.S.-EU Maintenance Annex Guidance and Technical Implementation Procedures. To support negotiations between the agencies, ARSA is conducting this survey to clarify the economic impact of the the current confusion. Your response to the following questions supports ARSA’s efforts to clarify relevant policy and find a workable alternative.
