19th FAA Extension Signed into Law

On May 31, President Obama signed the 19th Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) extension (H.R. 1893). The latest continuation of agency funding lasts until June 30.Another short-term extension of the current FAA authorization law, VISION 100, was necessary because House and Senate negotiators have failed to reconcile differences between the two chambers’ reauthorization bills.For more information on FAA reauthorization click here.
