FAA Releases Order 8300.16

On April 18, the FAA released order 8300.16 – Major Repair and Alteration Data Approval.
The release comes at the end of an extensive process in which ARSA was actively engaged. The association submitted comments to the FAA regarding the draft order on June 9, 2013 suggesting a number of changes that would eliminate confusion over interpretation of the new guidance.
