ARSA at MRO Americas – MacLeod on Buying, Selling
If you’re reading this at Aviation Week’s 2016 MRO Americas Convention in Dallas, Texas, block off your schedule for Wednesday, April 6 from 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. During that time, ARSA’s Executive Director Sarah MacLeod will lead a discussion on buying or selling a repair station.
Continuing their discussion from ARSA’s 2016 Annual Repair Symposium, MacLeod will once again join Al Givray of Davis, Graham & Stubbs and Seabury Group’s Brian Karpiel to explore the nuances of buying or selling an aviation maintenance operation. The session will be an open discussion on the who, what, where, when, how and why of selling an MRO business. It includes a series of “do’s and don’ts” that are useful for good business management even at organizations where a sale (or purchase) is not on the immediate horizon.

The Sights at MRO Americas – ARSA and the AMC
Aviation Week’s 2016 MRO Americas Convention will run from April 5-7 at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center in Dallas, Texas.
