How to Use the Library

ARSA’s web library contains files available for download. There is no charge for these files.

Each article in the Library has:

1. A title

(Example:)
Part 145 Repair Stations

2. The subject matter of each file

(Example:)
The New Part 145 Rule and FAA discussion as published in the Federal Register (8/6/01)

3. The name of each file. It is always in italics.

This is not a link to the file. Clicking on it will do nothing.

(Example:)

4. The links to download each of the files in the article.

They appear under the word ‘Attachment’.

It may be necessary to scroll down to see the links.

The links are blue. The size of the file in kilobytes is also displayed.
