ITA to Share REACH Insights

On Nov. 29, the U.S. Commercial Service, a part of the International Trade Administration that promotes U.S. exports, is hosting a webinar to discuss the EU’s Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) Regulation to ensure that U.S.-based aerospace firms are REACH compliant.
The regulation is gaining additional attention because of the European Chemicals Agency’s move to reexamine certain chemicals used by the aviation industry. Some worry that additional regulation will make it difficult for companies to market products using current methods.
