ARSA Comments to Draft AC 21.93-1

ARSA sent a letter to the FAA requesting consideration of its comments to draft Advisory Circular (AC) 21.93-1. The association believes the positions taken in the draft AC conflict with the existing rules and suggests several specific changes. ARSA’s comments, and suggested changes, are aimed at issues at the root of the disconnection.

In the correspondence ARSA is asking the agency to reconsider the draft AC, in favor of a complete revision that is developed based upon the plain language of the regulation in consultation with industry group memberships impacted by the guidance.
