Take Advantage
Registering for the Annual Conference includes identifying a “Conference Ambassador” to facilitate livestream event access for team members back at the facility. Every attendee should take advantage of this additional window into Conference content:
- Distribute the “Digital Companion” made available the week before the Conference to all company personnel to identify agenda topics worth seeing (the “Opening Salvo” on March 19 is a must).
- Use your company’s “Conference Room” (pun intended) by streaming the event on the projector or big screen, allowing team members/staff to come in and out. Put out lunch or snacks.
- Share livestream access instructions with individuals who aren’t available to congregate in a central location (but limit access to personnel within the member location).
- Provide a means to communicate with onsite participants – relay questions, comments, and other input to be shared with presenters and panelists.
Annual Conference participation should be a companywide event.
