March 17-20, 2026

Event Information | Registration

Arlington, Virginia and Washington, D.C. with Livestream Options for Online Participants

Experience the international aerospace maintenance community’s premier event. Join ARSA members and invited guests from around the world to engage governments, network with peers and improve the state of the aviation world.

Take Advantage

Registering for the Annual Conference includes identifying a “Conference Ambassador” to facilitate livestream event access for team members back at the facility. Every attendee should take advantage of this additional window into Conference content:

  • Distribute the “Digital Companion” made available the week before the Conference to all company personnel to identify agenda topics worth seeing (the “Opening Salvo” on March 19 is a must).
  • Use your company’s “Conference Room” (pun intended) by streaming the event on the projector or big screen, allowing team members/staff to come in and out. Put out lunch or snacks.
  • Share livestream access instructions with individuals who aren’t available to congregate in a central location (but limit access to personnel within the member location).
  • Provide a means to communicate with onsite participants – relay questions, comments, and other input to be shared with presenters and panelists.

Annual Conference participation should be a companywide event.
